Drivers were stunned when they spotted a woman cruising down the road with something very wrong — a giant metal street sign sticking out of the side of her car like a flag. Sparks flew as the sign scraped the pavement, but the woman behind the wheel seemed completely unfazed.
Concerned motorists called 911, and officers quickly caught up to the vehicle. When they pulled her over, they couldn’t believe what they were seeing up close: the entire signpost was lodged into the car’s frame, bent and dragging, as if she had driven straight through it… and just kept going.
The woman appeared genuinely confused as officers approached, even asking why she was being stopped. When they pointed to the massive street sign speared through her passenger door, she reportedly said she “thought the noise was just the car acting up.”
Police ran sobriety tests, questioned witnesses, and quickly determined she had no business being on the road. She was arrested on the spot for reckless driving — and possibly much more.
Onlookers got the moment on camera, and the bizarre footage has now gone viral.
