Federal authorities describe Yusuf as a \u201cdangerous criminal\u201d and assert that his continued presence in the community without federal custody poses a serious risk to public safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Federal Authorities: Sanctuary Policies Impeded Enforcement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
