The driver was issued <strong>multiple citations<\/strong> on the spot, including points added to their record for driving without proper authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The van was flagged as uninsured, creating a risk not just for the driver, but for everyone else on the road.
