It was supposed to be a routine<\/em> traffic stop\u2026 until the officer walked up to the driver\u2019s window and realized exactly who he had pulled over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His best friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The officer tried \u2014 really tried<\/strong> \u2014 to stay professional. He squared his shoulders, cleared his throat, and delivered the most serious voice he could manage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSir\u2026 do you know why I pulled you over today?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the driver burst out laughing the moment he recognized the voice \u2014 and that was it. The officer\u2019s poker face crumbled. A smirk. Then a grin. Then full-on laughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cars passing by had no idea why two grown men were doubled over on the side of the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually, the officer managed to get out the \u201cofficial warning\u201d\u2026
\u201cYour crime is driving while looking too handsome. Don\u2019t let it happen again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He walked back to his patrol car wiping tears from his eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best traffic stop ever.<\/p>\n\n\n
